RDA have partnered with Makaton to enable our groups free access to Makaton by purchasing a 10-year licence. As part of this agreement, we will be hosting 6 online Makaton Taster sessions. 

The 2-hour online Taster session will demonstrate up to 30 signs and symbols for useful everyday words, along with a further 12 tailored to equine. Each session can cater for up to 19 people.  

With these skills, RDA volunteers and coaches will be better equipped to communicate with participants and visitors, enhancing the inclusivity of your interactions.  

These sessions will be led by a Makaton tutor and due to the restricted numbers, it will be 1 person per group and first come first serve bases.
