Please find below all the papers relating to this year’s RDA UK AGM, which will be held at Saddlers’ Hall, Gutter Lane, London on Friday 29th November, from 10.30 to 11.00am.
Please take note of the change of format this year – the AGM will be a functional meeting, to carry out the governance requirements needed to manage the charity. Once again we are pleased that HRH The Princess Royal will be with us on the day, we are holding a reception on the same day to mark RDA’s 50th Anniversary, so there will not be the usual conference. I am afraid the reception is by invitation only.
As you will see from the agenda, the items are only appointing trustees and the auditors. However, I hope you will understand, from running your own group, how important it is to do this and that you will, therefore, cast your vote – even if only by proxy. Without sufficient votes, we will have to reorganise the meeting, so your Group’s vote is important.
