Join us for practical training, delivering and covering all RDA volunteer modules, delivered by an RDA coach and experienced staff.

10:00am – Briefing for the day meet in the “ICAP Gallery” next to the indoor arena – tea and coffee available from the kitchen

10:00am to 11:00am – Preparing the horse and the arena includes;

• Tacking up and equipment used in RDA sessions.
• Setting up the arena and risk assessing the environment.

11:00am – TEA/COFFEE break

11:30am to 1:00pm – Leading & Side walking;

• Pre mounted warm up
• Stages of leading
• Side walking with 1 and 2

1:00pm – LUNCH/break*

1:30pm to 3:00pm – Mounting and Dismounting

• Positioning, roles, variations, and safety
