This session forms part of the Getting on Board Trustee Learning Programme.

The programme comprises free, high-quality training including webinars, clinics and panel discussions to support people to become and serve as effective trustees.

“Join this small and private clinic, run by Getting on Board’s CEO Penny Wilson, to gain some top tips in trustee recruitment and discuss some of the common barriers organisations are facing when approaching diversifying their Board.

The clinics are aimed at existing trustees and charity staff who are wanting to diversify their board.”

01 The clinics are limited to 10 attendees each in order to ensure a quality conversation.

02 Please only book a ticket if you will attend. There is a waitlist you can sign up to if all the tickets have been booked.

03 Upon booking, you are able to submit a question in advance. Penny will cover these in the clinic, and they will be kept anonymous.

04 The clinics will be made up of small groups. Getting on Board will keep the discussion confidential, and hope all attendees will too.
