This interactive session explores how Trustees and volunteers can strengthen discussion and decision making within their RDA groups. 

It looks at why the mix of people in the room matters, how shared assumptions can lead to groupthink, and why different perspectives improve the quality of decisions.

The session also explores how to disagree constructively in the Boardroom with practical tools and taboos to watch out for, and how groups can create space for honest debate. 

Short presentations will be followed by open discussion and questions, with a practical handout provided for participants to take back to their own groups.
