Rob Jackson has worked in the volunteering sector for over 30 years, leading and developing volunteer programmes across a range of organisations at local, regional and national level. He is also currently a member of the RDA UK National Advisory Boards. 

He is a recognised expert in strategic volunteer engagement and now works internationally as a consultant, speaker and trainer, supporting organisations to adapt and strengthen their approach to volunteering.

Rob is also a published author and co-author of The Complete Volunteer Management Handbook, and continues to contribute to the sector through writing, research and thought leadership.
