Felicia Willow has 17 years of experience in the charity sector and has led seven UK charities through periods of change and growth.

Often called ‘The Mary Poppins of the Charity Sector,’ she brings a wealth of practical experience and solutions to her work as a Charity Consultant and Co-host of For Impact: The Charity Podcast.

Felicia has worked with organisations ranging from global institutions like the United Nations and UNICEF to hundreds of small and medium-sized UK charities.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, governance, and leadership development, with a particular passion for helping charities build resilience and thrive.

Felicia is motivated by making a positive difference, and brings her human rights background to being a values-led consultant and leader.
