2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

The RDAUK Board of Trustees would like to thank everyone who attended the 2023 AGM. A short round up of the day can be seen here. 

Updates to RDA Memorandum & Articles and Charitable Objects 

At the 2022 AGM a resolution was passed to update the Charitable Objects subject to further consultation with members and subsequent consent via special resolution (requiring a 75% majority). 

The intention was to work through, and engage with members on, the detail of these potential changes over the course of 2023.  However, the Board has decided that it would be more sensible to defer this work until after the independent review concludes, allowing all proposed changes to be considered together, against the context of the review recommendations.
