Ensuring participants have a positive experience is vital to the success of any RDA Group. As well as providing a great experience for participants, being able to communicate effectively in a variety of situations is important. This workshop provides hints and tips on how to maximise the experience of participants at your group, communicate effectively and how to sensitively deal with difficult situations should they arise.
